The Wagon Road Interpretive Signage

“The Historic Trail Creek Valley” - located on the Wagon Road above the Redstone golf course.  Panels tell of the Dewdney Trail, the Wagon Road, the Columbia and Western Railway and the Chinese Gardens which all used the Trail Creek Valley as the corridor to the Rossland mines from the Columbia River below.  See  Map HERE

  Located on the newly constructed Louie Joe Trail linking Redstone residential area and Thompson Avenue (Washington St. Intersection).  From the viewpoint, one looks out over what was once 70 acres of Chinese market gardens.  See  Map HERE
